Rooted in our commitment to the natural world, Limber Pine Summer Camp nurtures a lasting love of the outdoors by honoring both the curiosity of childhood and the emerging depth of young adulthood. We guide teens ages 13–16 to engage meaningfully with nature while discovering what it means to grow into strong, healthy leaders. Through every experience, we cultivate our core values of respect, inclusion, honesty, and bravery.

Hear From Our Happy Campers

I’m truly looking forward to the day my children are old enough to attend Limber Pine Summer Camp. Though this is a new program, its founder and lead counselor, Mike Imperiale, is far from inexperienced.

 

My kids have been under Mike’s care for several seasons, in all kinds of conditions. I’ve always been impressed by Mike's tender care and deep knowledge of the outdoors — especially the Wasatch Mountains. His passion for teaching about wildlife, wildflowers, and outdoor skills is infectious, and he has a special way of engaging and inspiring young people to explore and appreciate nature.

 

Beyond his expertise, Mike stands out for his professionalism and communication with parents and guardians. You can always count on him to be organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in every child’s experience.

 

Limber Pine Summer Camp will no doubt reflect those same qualities — adventure, learning, and care.
